Your pool is built by a licensed, insured Florida pool builder, and we tell you which one and give you their license number before you sign anything. They pull the permit under that license. Which desk it goes to depends on where you live. Duval addresses go to the City of Jacksonville Building Inspection Division, the beaches run their own building departments, and Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, and St. Johns go through St. Johns County plus your HOA architectural review. We plan for that from the first drawing, because it drives your schedule.
