About us
We design your pool and price it honestly
You get the design, the 3D renders, and a line-item price you can hold us to. A licensed Florida pool builder does the work, and you get their name and license number before you sign anything.

Why we opened here
Northeast Florida is a pool market with a specific set of problems. The water table is high, so excavation often needs dewatering and every shell needs a way to relieve hydrostatic pressure. Near the ocean and the Intracoastal, salt air eats standard hardware, so handrails, ladders, fasteners, and cage coatings have to be specified for it. Four different counties permit the work, and three beach cities run their own building departments on top of that. Getting those calls right at the design stage is what keeps a quote from moving later.
That is a market where knowing the process is worth more than a low headline price. We would rather win the job by showing you the whole number and the whole schedule up front than by quoting a shell and pricing the deck later.
What goes on this page is the part that decides how your project actually goes: who is building your pool, what it costs line by line, and a design you can walk through before you commit to anything.
Our guarantees
What you can hold us to
The quote is line by line
Excavation, shell, plumbing, equipment, electrical and bonding, finish, tile, coping, deck, cage, and the safety barrier are each priced on their own line. No allowances that grow later. Anything you add mid-build gets quoted in writing before we start it.
A licensed builder, named up front
Florida requires a licensed pool and spa contractor for in-ground work, and we tell you exactly who yours is. You get the builder name and license number in writing before you sign, so you can look it up on the state lookup and confirm their insurance with their agent. The permit goes under that license.
One point of contact
You get one name and one number. The same person who walked your yard and drew your pool is who you call with a question about the design, the quote, or the schedule. No being passed to a coordinator you have never met.
The whole backyard, in one plan
Pool, spa, deck, and screen enclosure are designed and priced together, not bolted on later at a number nobody warned you about. That is the difference between a backyard finished in one push and a pool sitting behind a mud pit waiting on a deck that was never budgeted.
The process
How it works
- 01
Estimate
We walk the yard, check access, grade, and setbacks, and talk through what you want. Free, and usually under an hour.
- 02
3D design
You see the pool, deck, and enclosure together in 3D before anything is dug. Shape, finish, lighting, all of it.
- 03
Fixed quote
A line-item quote. Shell, plumbing, equipment, finish, coping, deck, and cage each priced on their own line.
- 04
Build
A licensed Florida pool builder takes it from here, pulls the permit, and builds to the approved design.
- 05
Walkthrough
Once it passes final inspection you walk the finished pool with your builder, get the warranties, and learn how to run the equipment.
Who builds your pool
We handle the design, the estimate, and the proposal. The construction is done by a licensed, insured Florida pool builder, and the permit goes under their license. You get their name and license number before you sign, which is more than most companies will tell you.
Then look them up. Search the name on the state Department of Business and Professional Regulation license lookup, confirm the license is active and covers pool construction, and confirm the name on the license matches the name on the permit. Ask for a certificate of insurance sent to you directly by the insurance agent rather than a photocopy passed along by anyone else.
Florida construction lien law also applies to pool contracts. You should receive a notice about it with your contract, and lien releases as suppliers and trades get paid. If a builder will not talk about that, keep shopping.
Watch deposits too. A large up-front payment before any work starts is a warning sign. Payments should follow milestones you can see: excavation, shell, deck, enclosure, final.
