Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of https://hnconstructionflorida.com, operated by HN Pool Construction for our Jacksonville, Florida pool business. By using the site or submitting a form, you accept these terms.
Estimates and quotes
Submitting the form on this site requests a free on-site estimate. It does not create a contract and does not reserve a construction date. We will contact you to confirm the visit.
Prices, ranges, and timelines shown anywhere on this website are estimates for the Jacksonville area and are provided for planning only. Your actual price depends on your lot, access, soil and water conditions, finishes, permitting jurisdiction, and homeowners association requirements. A binding price comes only from a written, signed, line-item proposal.
Work begins only after a written agreement is signed by both parties.
SMS messaging terms
By checking the optional SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from HN Pool Construction at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required to receive an estimate.
Message types: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and replies to questions you send us. Message frequency varies and is generally low.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier about charges on your plan.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details below.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized subscriber or customary user of the number you provide. If your number changes, tell us so messages do not reach someone else.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Florida contractor licensing and lien law
Swimming pool and spa construction in Florida requires a licensed pool and spa contractor. HN Pool Construction provides design, estimating, and proposal services; the construction is performed by a licensed Florida pool builder, and we give you that builder's name and license number before you sign. Verify it through the state Department of Business and Professional Regulation license search.
Florida construction lien law applies to residential pool contracts. Chapter 713 of the Florida Statutes requires your construction contract to carry a lien law notice, so check that yours does before you sign. People who work on your property or provide materials and are not paid in full have a right to enforce a claim against your property. Ask for lien releases as payments are made.
Permits are pulled in the jurisdiction where the work is performed, and required inspections must pass before a pool may be filled and used.
